A harsh, over-stripping shampoo used too often can leave the scalp dry and irritated - not an ideal environment for hair-fall-prone hair. A gentle herbal shampoo, used at a frequency matched to your scalp's actual oil production, is the foundation.
A herbal oil applied two to three times a week, massaged in and left for at least an hour (or overnight for drier hair), supports the scalp environment the hair grows from. This is the step most people skip, and often the one that makes the most noticeable difference over a few months.
A lightweight serum suited to hair-fall-prone hair, applied daily to a dry or towel-dried scalp, adds a low-effort step that doesn't require the wash-out commitment of an oil treatment - useful for consistency, which matters more than any single product.
A realistic routine needs a few months of consistent use before you can fairly judge it - hair changes gradually. If shedding is sudden, severe, or comes with scalp symptoms or patchy bald spots, see a dermatologist rather than extending routine changes indefinitely.

Give it a few months of consistent use - hair growth and shedding operate on a cycle measured in months, so quick judgments aren’t very informative.
